Welcome to Columbia's Spend Yourself® Food Pantry and Gardens. We provide food and spiritual nourishment to hungry people in our community. Our goal is to  build relationships with our neighbors in a warm and welcoming environment.

  • What donations are acceptable?

    Here's our current list of acceptable donations:


    Canned Fruit (100% Juice)

    Canned Meat (chicken, tuna and salmon)

    Dried Beans-1 or 2lb bags

    Hearty Soup (Progresso, Healthy Choice, Chunky Soup)

    Macaroni and Cheese

    No Sodium Added Canned Corn

    No Sodium Added Canned Tomatoes

    Non-Instant Oatmeal

    Non-sweetened Cereal

    Pasta

    Pasta Sauce

    White Rice-1 or 2lb bags 

    Feminine Hygiene Supplies (individually wrapped pads and panty liners)


  • Where can I drop off food donations?

    Non-perishable food items may be dropped off daily at our main campus located at 103 W Columbia Street, Falls Church (Look for the large red food donations bins inside entrance 12--brick walk way), or from 10:30-Noon on the third Saturday of each month during clothing and household supplies drives.  Address: 3245 Glen Carlyn Road, Falls Church.


    If you are a local food supplier or restaurant and would like to donate fresh produce, please email foodpantry@columbiabaptist.org.



  • I would like to receive food. What do I need to do?

    Come to the Food Pantry! We do not require referrals or check IDs. Anyone is welcome each Saturday, between 9:00 am and 10:30 am. Clients generally receive 15-20 non-perishable and fresh produce. 


  • In what other ways can I help?

    Volunteer to serve at the Food Pantry by emailing foodpantry@columbiabaptist.org. Volunteers are needed throughout the week and on Saturdays. Maybe you are not able to drop off food donations.  Instead, you can order from our  Amazon Wish List, full of items that will go to good use. We also accept financial contributions as you are able.  Thank you for your support!
