The adage “look before you leap” reminds us that people prefer not to make commitments without some sense of what they are getting into.  It naturally follows that people would want to know a little bit about Columbia as they start attending or when they join the church.  That is why we offer the Columbia Way.

Columbia Way is a five-week class, taught by Dr. Baucom and other church leaders, providing an understanding of the basics of the Christian faith, our Baptist distinctives, Columbia’s Core Values and Mission, Columbia’s structure and history, God’s design for ministry, and an opportunity to connect to Columbia through ministry, Bible studies and fellowship.
