Woman’s Missionary Union
Each month, women gather at Columbia for prayer, Bible study and fellowship and to support missionaries at home and abroad. Some groups have met together for more than 50 years, seeing the results of their prayers with fields becoming white for harvest. Woodcutting in Monterey, Va.
Each fall, Columbians travel to Monterey, Va., to cut logs, split wood and deliver it to community residents who need wood to cook and heat their homes during winter. CrossLink International
CrossLink International is a Christian medical ministry that started when a Bible study class at Columbia responded to needs overseas. It has grown into an international aid ministry serving people in 120 countries. Columbia continues to partner with this ministry by providing financial support and volunteers.
