  • March 14 Wednesday Night Dinner & Speaker

    Join us for dinner every Wednesday night. This Wednesday, we will hear from Curtis Stevens. As a Christian police officer, Curtis Stevens has an unique perspective on law and grace. Come to this special opportunity to hear how his faith informs and guides his views on the role and work of the police. Meal prices are: $7 for adults (ages 12 and older), $5 for children (ages 3-12), $25 with a family maximum (immediate family only).

    Join us for FREE Easter egg hunts, face painting and inflatables in a family friendly atmosphere.

  • March 29 A Believer's Seder

    Observe a traditional Passover Seder, brought to light by the life of Jesus, whose body was broken for us. Childcare provided upon request for ages birth-K. RSVP online or on Sundays i the Gathering Grounds by March 25. Cost: $12 adults (12 and older, $10 children (1st grade-age 11). $45 family max. Dinner is part of the event.

    Celebrate the arrival of Easter with Sunday morning worship with your family. Stop by Gathering Grounds after worship for coffee and a family photo in front of an Easter backdrop! Preschool programming available during worship for children 0-6 years old.

  • April 8 All Columbia Baptism
    Columbia at Falls Church, Sanctuary

    Baptism is the most powerful symbol of re-creation in Christ that exists in the church, so it is no wonder that new believers have come into the fellowship of the church this way throughout the entire history of the church. In fact, Jesus himself instituted the practice by choosing to be baptized by John the Baptist at the initiation of his earthly ministry. Join us as we gather all Columbia congregations together to celebrate new members of our church family.

    Come join all the Men of Columbia for our annual Men’s Ministry event, designed to realign our compasses as we live out our faith every day. Speakers include Dr. Baucom, Bruce Barr, Steve Treadwell, Aaron Torgerson, Jared Thompson, Casey Miner, and Pastor Eric Reiser. Breakfast, lunch and super cool t-shirts are provided in the $25 registration.

  • July 19-25 Haiti Youth Mission Trip


    Columbia students have made it a priority to partner with the local church in Hinche and Savane Plate, Haiti. This experience provides the opportunity to discover what it looks like to lead effective children's ministries and learn from one another. This is a once in a lifetime trip you do not want to miss. Cost: $1,000.

  • July 28 - August 4 Southwest Virginia Youth Mission Trip

    Southwest, VA

    This trip is the perfect opportunity to experience the presence of Jesus in tangible ways through serving others. Join us this summer as we continue to seek God and join Him in the work He is doing in Southwest, VA. We partner with local government, churches and community member to provide handicap accessibility for those in need.
