Food Pantry Special Event
Thanksgiving Share

Saturday, November 18

Food Pantry clients will receive additional food to prepare a Thanksgiving meal.  We are in need of collecting 800 bags of food (known as Pack-A-Sack) to bless the 500 or more families who will join us that day.  Food can be donated by picking up a Pack-A-Sack at the Falls Church campus, then filling it with the items listed on the bag.  Wanna skip that step?  No problem.  Please see a list of items below to add to your grocery cart.

  • Cranberry sauce (14 – 16oz., canned)
  • Gravy (10 – 11oz., canned or jarred)
  • Stuffing (6 oz., boxed or equivalent)
  • Brownie mix (14 - 20 oz., boxed or equivalent)
  • Mashed Potatoes (13 - 14 oz., boxed or equivalent)
  • 2 Chicken Broth (14 – 16 oz., canned or 1 box)

Monetary Donations are greatly appreciated.  We provide each family with a $15 gift card to a local grocery store.  All donations are tax deductible and can be made via check or cash placed in a Yellow Spend Yourself® giving envelope found on church ministry walls and on the back of the sanctuary pews.
